Training

We had our first day on the water yesterday.  It is a beautiful venue but very... hot.  We have tents set up with electrical fans in each tent.  We have to drink plenty of fluids and electrolyte supplements in order not to get dehydrated.  We have our first 2000 Meter at 2:45 on Thursday in the heat of the day.  You are sweating the whole day from 07:30-8:00pm because it is so hot.  Thank goodness for airconditioning.  We are back on the water today at 13:00.  Not doing alot of sight seeing because we need to conserve our energy.  We finally got an attachment for our camera so check the photogallery later today.
