Our journey has come to an end. We've had an amazing 30 days but are anxious to get back home to see our families and friends.

Our Journey is nearing the end
We are now in Hoian, central Vietnam. We are staying in a beautiful Ancient house resort for our last two days.

Arrived Safely in Vietnam
Hi everyone, we arrived safely here in Vietnam. There are 6 million people in Ha Noi and 3 million scooters. There is a cacaphony of sounds and walking across the streets is a very nerve racking and nail biting experience.

Off to Sandakan tomorrow am
We are off to Sandakan tomorrow am. We fly out of KotoKinabalu at 07:30 and meet up with Andy Moore and Sue Durfy and Paul and Judy Mason.

We won Bronze for the second time!!
We won Bronze in the 200M today. Read the blog for more info.
Not sure how the GrandMasters did today as they still had to race after we left the site.
