Cathy! You and your gang of gals are amazing! Congrats winning 3 bronze! When I watched the youtube video of the 500m I was immediately drawn in and felt like I was part of your cheering section. I was on the edge of my seat thinking, "oh my gosh... which boat is it... oh there... where's everyone else.... uh oh, there's 3 or 4 boats ahead of them... wait... they're catching up... yeah... go.. pass 'em... go, go, go.... oh my goodness look at them go!" Awesome speed ladies! I'm so proud of you. I've sent this video to all of my friends, who all are amazed of the Cascades!

Just got back from Montreal for the weekend and saw the results: THREE BRONZES! What an accomplishment. We are very excited for the both of you and can picture you both riding this high for the remainder of the trip.

Today is my first visit to your site since you left but I've been thinking about you both so much - imangining what an amazing adventure you must be living. When I read that you won the bronze in the 200M I was thrilled. Congratulations Cath - what a rush that must have been! We are so proud of you.
